I shared that verse, and a couple others with my class today. To be able to share God's word, chat, laugh, talk about the latest magazine article, healthy snack, and say a little prayer with my classes is why i love teaching yoga so much.
and we get to do crazy stuff like this.

Oh how I wished that merely staring at that photo counted as exercise for me. Pretty sure I could never bend that way!
